Fan R&D Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Perform simulation calculations based on design inputs, including mechanical structure, thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, etc.
Develop and design fan products according to customer technical standards, industry requirements, and sample specifications; prepare technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, inspection standards, and test outlines.
Provide technical validation on material selection, mold development, and other aspects during the new product design and development process in line with product technical standards; participate in technical capability evaluation of new product suppliers.
Prepare new prototype production plans; provide technical guidance and communication with prototype and production teams throughout the prototype manufacturing process; resolve technical issues encountered during prototyping.
Collaborate with the company’s intellectual property department to commission external agencies for patent searches, risk avoidance, and patent mining; submit relevant patent application materials.
Support sales teams by providing on-site technical guidance for key clients and major projects.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.


Qualifications (Education & Work Experience) Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university.
Major in Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
Over 3 years of mechanical design experience, with certain experience in fan design.
Proficient in professional knowledge of centrifugal and axial fans, familiar with fan design and production processes, and knowledgeable about mechanical design and certification standards.
Experienced in fan (fluid) calculations.
Familiar with domestic and international fan calculation software and algorithms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Skilled in using finite element analysis (FEA) software.
Experienced in operating OA platforms and ERP systems.

Motor R&D Engineer

主要工作职责:

1、直流无刷电机或永磁同步电机的设计研发
2、样机试制,参加现场试验并处理电气故障,提出产品改进措施;
3、技术服务及各部门对接;完成上级主管交办的各项工作任务;
4、负责按项目计划书、技术规范与负责对接客户提出的各项技术要求;
5、负责无刷电机产品的测试方案和性能评估;
6、完成领导交办的其它各项工作任务。


经验(含教育教育背景、工作经历要求) 技能
1、大专及以上学历,机电或机械,电气自动化等相关专业;
2、3年以上同岗位工作经验
1、熟悉直流无刷电机的工作原理,能够独立进行无刷电机结构及电磁设计开发;
2、熟练运用AutoCAD、Pro/E Solidworks等绘图软件及相关设计分析软件;
3、熟练掌握多种电机(直流无刷电机BLDC、永磁同步电机PMSM等)工作原理;  
   
4、优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与客户和同事进行有效的沟通。                                

Quality Engineer
主要工作职责:
1.负责新产品开发全过程的质量策划;负责过程开发各阶段的质量验证(全尺寸,工程能力,过程/产品审核,PPAP初期验证,内部封样); 
2.APQP项目开发阶段质量的分析.改进及整改进度的跟踪管理; 
3.参与相关二维和三维的图纸评审;
4.参与组织和协调预防性质量活动,开发试验验证的策划.分析.改进跟踪; 
6.负责编制初版量产文件:进料检验指导书.过程检验记录表.出厂检验报告.检具操作指导书等; 
7.负责分析最终产品及过程产品失效原因,提出改进方案; 
8.负责组织质量分析会,推动质量改进措施切实有效的落实; 
9.负责及时处理客户质量投诉,确保客户满意,减低质量问题的影响程度; 
10.了解公司的安全环境方针.目标.指标,做好所在区域的环境健康安全工作; 

11.上级交办的其他工作事项。


经验(含教育教育背景、工作经历要求) 技能
1、大专及以上学历,机械类等专业背景优先;
2、5年及以上相关质量管理工作经验
3、有国内中大型机械制造、电子、汽车零部件产品制造公司的工作背景者优先考虑。
1、熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系,掌握电机、风机、SMT其中一种产品的相关的质量管理工具及方法;
2、能够独立编写检验规程,熟悉研发、采购和生产过程质量控制;
3、具备较强的沟通、协调能力和执行能力,有较强的分析解决问题能力;良好的团队协作精神。
4. 英语书面能力良好,可独立书面英语处理国外客户客诉相关问题。

International Sales Specialist
2、开拓国际市场,负责客户开发、维护和项目管理工作;
3、与商务谈判与签订合同;
4、负责客户电话、邮件及询盘、订单的处理;
5、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。

6、领导安排的其他相关工作。


经验(含教育教育背景、工作经历要求) 技能
1. 大学本科以上学历,英语CET4级或同等以上;
2. 从事外贸业务3-8年以上工作经验。
1.带领团队开拓市场,维护客户,完成公司既定年度月度指标;
2.有一定电机相关专业知识,有电机相关工作经验者优先。

Domestic Sales Specialist
主要工作职责:
1.负责公司产品的市场渠道开拓、维护与销售工作,能完成公司产品年度销售计划及拆解到个人的销售指标;
2.与客户保持良好沟通,实时把握客户需求以利客户维护,并具备一定客户渠道挖掘、发展能力;
3.熟悉并执行好公司相关销售管理规定及实施细则,并具备可以辅导、培训团队内其他成员相关销售管理规定及实施细则的能力或经验;
4.能协助销售团队制定营销方案、建立价格体系等;
5从客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议;

6领导安排的其他相关工作。


经验(含教育教育背景、工作经历要求) 技能
1、3-8年及以上制造业销售经验;
2、电机、风机或电器制造行业销售经验优先考虑。
1.熟悉机械图纸;
2.具备较强的沟通、协调能力和执行能力,有较强的分析解决问题能力;良好的团队协作精神;
3.为人诚实,工作认真负责,具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力。

Industry Manager
主要工作职责:
1. 从相关行业收集和分析新市场新应用的信息,与客户进行良好的沟通,理解、洞察目标客户的潜在需求,获得新市场新应用的洞察;
2. 根据市场洞察,制作产品市场分析报告,为公司开发新市场新应用提供决策;
3. 根据公司战略,开发新市场新应用,开拓新市场,新客户,增加产品销售范围,开拓行业成功案例并推动销售团队中进行复制;
4. 熟悉相关行业,并对行业内一定客户积累。
5. 为内部领域销售团队提供产品应用和技术支持;
6. 指导和培训销售团队的技术能力提升;
7. 从技术层面协助售后团队解决客户售后问题;
其他工作:
1. 根据销售目标制定有效的销售计划,并完成销售任务
2. 随着市场变化和公司业务策略发展而需要的其他行业开发工作;
